SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
You will be emailed tracking information once your order has shipped, usually within 24 hours of purchase.
What are your delivery options?
We ship with UPS Ground or USPS. At this point we are unable to ship to international locations.
We offer free shipping when you spend over $100. Otherwise there is a flat $12 shipping fee.
Select next day in store pickup for a no-charge pickup at our Capitol Hill, Seattle store.
What is your return policy?
-If you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer store credit within 14 days of delivery.
-Please email us at info@veridisclothier.com if you decide to exchange or return a product and we will keep an eye out for your shipment.
-Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
-Merchandise must have all tags attached.
-Footwear must include original shoe box in original condition, without postal labels.
-Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
-Veridis does not assume return shipping costs.
-All Sale items are Final Sale, with no option for return or exchange.
